Are your rugs authentic and handmade?
Yes, we specialize in one-of-a-kind vintage rugs and artisan-made new collections, each hand-knotted or hand-woven by skilled craftspeople.
How do I clean my rug?
We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended every 1-3 years.
Do I need a rug pad?
We strongly recommend a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your floors, and extend the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning.
Why does my rug look different than the photos?
Natural fibers and handmade dyes can vary slightly in different lighting. We photograph our rugs in natural light to ensure the highest color accuracy.
Do you offer custom sizes?
While our vintage pieces are unique sizes, many of our new collections can be custom-ordered to fit your specific space requirements.
Will my rug shed?
Minor shedding is common with new wool rugs and will subside after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.
